A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Is Clienta only for football academies?

Football is the starting point. The core uses configurable programmes, groups, schedules and packages so other kinds of academies can use it too. Specific requirements are reviewed during your setup.

Will my academy run on clienta.shamsah.org?

Your academy receives a separate Clienta installation in its own hosting space and domain. This website explains the product; Demo lets you try it. Your operational records belong in your own installation.

What can I do in the demo?

Explore five role workspaces and try membership, attendance, finance and other sample workflows. Each browser has a temporary sample academy that expires after 24 hours. Use sample data only: no real identity documents, payments or messages.

Does Clienta support Arabic?

Yes. The web system supports English and Arabic, including right-to-left layouts and bilingual operational reports. Switch the language in the demo to explore both.

Can parents manage more than one child?

Yes. Parents can access the children explicitly linked to them, with permissions for viewing, enrollment, consent and notices. Member access and payment responsibility are handled separately.

Are online payments ready to use immediately?

Provider setup and checkout code are available for Tap, MyFatoorah, UPayments, Hesabe, Deema and Ottu. Your merchant account must be approved, configured and tested first. Other providers, including direct KNET, require their own integration pack or capability review. No real provider is activated in Demo.

Are mobile apps available?

Mobile apps are planned. The current experience is the responsive web system, which can be used from a phone, tablet or computer.

How do I get Clienta for my academy?

Start with the demo, then contact Shamsah Developments to discuss your academy’s requirements, hosting and domain. Setup, scope and commercial terms are agreed for your installation; no automatic subscription or payment is taken here.
